The Toyota Camry Solara, sometimes referred to as the Toyota Solara, is a mid-size coupe/convertible built by Toyota from 1999 to 2008. It was based on the platform of the Toyota Camry and was designed to appeal to more performance-oriented drivers. The Camry Solara was available in both coupé and convertible body styles, with either a four-cylinder engine or a V6 engine. The Camry Solara was discontinued following the 2008 model year.
