Tesla Model Y is an all-electric crossover SUV that was unveiled by Tesla in March 2019. It is the second model in Tesla’s Y series, and is expected to be released in 2020. It has similar styling to the Tesla Model 3, and shares about 75% of its parts with the Model 3, making it cheaper and easier to manufacture. It is expected to have a range of up to 300 miles, a 0-60 mph acceleration time of 3.5 seconds, and seating for up to seven people.
