The Saturn Aura Hybrid was a hybrid electric mid-size sedan produced by General Motors for the model years of 2007 to 2009. It was the first hybrid vehicle manufactured by Saturn, and used the GM Hybrid system. This system was a two-motor full parallel hybrid design, which used a 2.4-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine, electric motors, and a continuously-variable transmission (CVT). The Saturn Aura Hybrid was discontinued in 2009 when GM discontinued the entire Saturn brand.
