The Pontiac Sunfire was a compact car manufactured and sold by General Motors' Pontiac division from 1995 to 2005. It was designed to replace the discontinued Pontiac Sunbird. It offered a two-door coupe and a four-door sedan body style. While performance-oriented models featured a powerful 2.2-liter, 150-horsepower four-cylinder engine, other models featured a 2.3-liter, 120-horsepower four-cylinder.
