The Mercedes-Benz MLC-Class is a mid-size luxury crossover SUV produced by Daimler AG, under the Mercedes-Benz brand, and marketed in a four-door coupe body style. It was officially unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show in April 2014, and entered production in 2016, replacing the previous generation Mercedes-Benz M-Class. The MLC features a bolder design with a curvier body, a more upright grille, and redesigned headlights. The interior is also new, with a wide, free-standing infotainment display, a new steering wheel, and a reconfigured dash. It is offered with a range of gasoline and diesel engines, as well as the plug-in hybrid drivetrain of the E350e.
