Land Rover LR3 (also known as Discovery 3) is a luxury 4x4 vehicle produced by Land Rover from 2004 to 2009. It was available in either a short wheelbase or long wheelbase version, with a choice of diesel or gasoline engines. The LR3 featured a range of features including four wheel drive, stability control, traction control, independent suspension and optional Hill Descent Control. It was the first Land Rover model to use a full monocoque chassis, which resulted in a more efficient, lighter and safer vehicle.
