The Land Rover Discovery Series II was a mid-size SUV produced by the British manufacturer Land Rover, from 1998 to 2004. The Discovery Series II was the successor to the original Discovery model, and was a larger, more powerful and luxurious option compared to the original. It had a body-on-frame construction and came with various engines, including a 2.5L five-cylinder diesel, a 3.5L V8 gasoline and a 4.6L V8 petrol. The Discovery Series II featured several advanced technologies, such as an adaptive suspension system, an electronic traction system, four-wheel drive, and a number of safety features.
