The Hyundai Accent is a subcompact car produced by the South Korean automaker Hyundai since 1994. It is also sold as the Hyundai Verna in some markets. The Accent was replaced in 2000 by the Hyundai Verna in South Korea, however most international markets, including the Americas, retained the "Accent" name. The Hyundai Verna is still sold in China, parts of South America, and India.
