The Freightliner M2 is a range of medium-duty trucks produced by Daimler Trucks North America and Freightliner Trucks. The range is available in three cab styles, conventional, cab-over, and crew-cab variations. The M2 is powered by a variety of engines, including the Detroit DD platform, Mercedes Benz OM engines, Cummins ISB and ISC engines, and the Caterpillar C7 engine. It was introduced in 2001 and replaced the FL-Series.
