The Ford Shelby GT500 is a high-performance version of the Ford Mustang produced by Ford Motor Company. It was introduced in 2020 and is the most powerful Mustang to date, with a 5.2L supercharged V8 engine producing 760 horsepower. The car is named after legendary race car driver and automotive engineer Carroll Shelby, and features some of his design touches. It is available as a coupe or convertible, with a six-speed manual or a ten-speed automatic transmission.
