The BMW X1 xDrive35i is a five-door compact luxury sport utility vehicle (SUV) manufactured by German automaker BMW since 2009. It is part of the company's X1 series of vehicles, which is based on the BMW 3 Series platform. It is offered in two trim levels, the xDrive28i and the xDrive35i, the latter being powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six engine that produces 300 horsepower. The xDrive35i is available with either rear-wheel drive or BMW's xDrive all-wheel drive system. It is equipped with several convenience and luxury features, as well as a variety of driver assistance systems.
