The BMW M2 is a performance version of the BMW 2 Series, a two-door, rear-wheel drive coupe made by the German automaker BMW. It was introduced in 2016, succeeding the M235i. The M2 is powered by a 3.0 L twin-turbocharged straight-six engine that produces up to 405 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque. The M2's chassis has been designed for agility and precision and comes with an array of performance features, such as an electronic limited-slip differential, electronic dampers, active exhaust, and a variable sports steering system.
