The LAVERDA 650 is a classic Italian-made motorcycle that was produced between 1968 and 1974. The motorcycle has an air-cooled, four-stroke single cylinder engine and was capable of reaching speeds up to 200 km/h (124 mph). The motorcycle also featured a two-speed transmission, and a dry weight of 184 kg (406 lbs). The LAVERDA 650 was considered to be a major breakthrough in the Italian motorcycle industry, and paved the way for the success of other Italian motorcycle companies.
